It's okay. Seats and cinemas are old. Food choices are limited. At least 15 minutes of ads before each movie. In the foyer, the seats are all stained and filthy. Save your money and go somewhere better: at Jindalee all seats recline and you get hot food and alcohol in all sessions. Plus everything's clean and the service is better. Don't bother here unless you absolutely have to.
My experience at Gold Class Cinema was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The place itself was very clean, and the food was good. I had a great time and would definitely visit again. Highly recommended!
Really disappointed with the cinema for what it's expressed to be an pictured to be isn't the reality of what you experience.. the tables are small to the point I had to get rid of food we were still eating just to make space for food that was still coming, same with drinks.. there was an empty beer bottle left on the table which clearly would have been from the night before as they can not serve alcohol till after 10am.. movie was 9.45am..
I will say the slidders didn't seem like Angus beef but thank you to the chef the food an cocktails were nice..
A golden ticket is not all sweet.
Having been to many gold class cinemas, I totally understand and have no issues with the ticket price tag. The plush bar and seating area that awaits you on arrival makes you feel good about paying the extra $$, and the comfy oversized recliner confirms you've made the right choice for your movie viewing. The smooth and unobtrusive delivery of your food and beverage choices all puts the gold in the class of experience you have paid for.
Whilst all this makes sense and justifies the ticket price, what puts a wrinkle in this gold class experience is the cost of food and drink.
I do expect to pay a premium, but to pay $18 for around 300ml of wine, over $10 for a bottle of pale ale and just under $7 for a choc top bringing the total with tickets to $118.80 was very disappointing.

First time experiencing Gold class to see Wonka. The food we ordered was really tasty and generous portions. Very luxurious to be waited on while watching the movie. I never realised that the Gold class seats were in a seperate cinema room altogether. It was like watching from the comfort of your own home with five star service of food and drinks. A treat for us these Christmas holidays
Our family loves it when we plan to see certain movies together. From Gold Class on rare occasions, Vmax on "Chics at the Flicks" nights or the general cinema always a good time is had.
After really looking forward to seeing Andre Rieu White Christmas, , we were so disappointed with the volume, it was so loud it hurt our ears. We were at the back of the cinema, my friend reported to a staff member about the volume, and was told they would turn it down a bit, but that never happened. We had to end up leaving and these tickets were not cheap. Very disappointed
